What Standards Must Be Met Before the FBI Raids a Former President’s Residence?

As you most likely know by now, the FBI executed a search warrant at the home of the disgraced, twice impeached, former president Donald Trump. It is an unprecedented move, and some may even call it a bold statement by the DOJ that, truly, no one is above the law.
